Nye Volkswagen was great to work with. They diagnosed a bad steering rack quickly and had it replaced the following week. I would highly recommend their service center.
Made apointment ahead of time. Came in and said it could be up to 2 hour wait. Said I would wait and was able to get me in sooner. Communicated everything promptly and also asked for things that could wait instead of trying to direct it has to happen now. Good service and good atmosphere.
