Another great experience at Paramount Porsche. My wife and I have bought new cars in the past, and this time we bought a used car as an extra/daily driver. Even though it was just a used car, Fox, the sales associate treated us and the deal the same way as when we buy new there. Between great sales service and repair service, Paramount is a great dealership to work with.
It was a great experience purchasing our vehicle here. We love the car! Michael and the rest of the staff were very friendly and quite helpful. I would recommend anyone to visit this dealership.
Fox was exceptionally great to work with and made sure that even though it took time to get my check from the insurance company that the car I had picked out didn’t get sold out from underneath me. He went out of his way to make sure everything went perfectly. I would definitely recommend him and Paramount to anyone looking to buy a new or used car!

My daughter spent a great deal of time searching for the perfect car and ultimately found it at Paramount Automotive in Hickory, NC — nearly a five-hour drive from where we live. From the very beginning, the team went above and beyond to support her purchase and ensure her satisfaction. During the test drive of the 2024 Volkswagen Jetta, she noticed an issue with the electronic sunroof. The salesman, Gates Walters, assured her it would be addressed while the paperwork was finalized. Unfortunately, the repair could not be completed that same day. We brought the car home with the plan to have the repair completed locally, but when the nearest Volkswagen dealership declined to perform the work, Paramount Automotive immediately stepped in. They provided her with a loaner car and personally drove her Jetta back to Hickory to complete the repair, leaving her with reliable transportation in the meantime. What followed was a lengthy process — the repair ended up taking more than two months. Throughout that time, the dealership stayed in contact and ensured she had a dependable vehicle to drive. Ultimately, Rudi, the General Sales Manager, reached out to express concern about the reliability of the repair and her long-term peace of mind. Rather than return a vehicle they could not fully stand behind, the dealership went the extra mile to make things right. They worked diligently to locate a comparable option and ultimately placed her in a brand-new 2025 Volkswagen Jetta with the same features and significantly fewer miles, since it had never been owned. We would especially like to thank Gates in Sales for his professionalism and care, Frank in Service for his persistence and support, and Rudi in Sales Management for his leadership and integrity throughout this entire process. This level of integrity, professionalism, and customer care is truly rare in today’s marketplace. Paramount Automotive not only safeguarded my daughter’s investment but also demonstrated a genuine commitment to her safety and satisfaction. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a vehicle purchase.
