Eric, Director of Service is the very best at his job! He provided excellent customer service and response to my shattered moonroof in my SUV. Eric answered my call to the sense department, told me to come right away and he would take care of my car. Eric went beyond the norms of customer service and should be celebrated for his efforts on behalf of MB. He should lead and manage others on customer service. He is the best of the best and I will continue to be loyal to MB PDX because of Eric.

While Andy was great, the technician failed to check basic causes of problem. While Andy was great, the technician failed to check basic causes of problem. Technician failed to check the battery which was the real root cause of problem. Failed to check EGR before costing me a lot for replacement of fuel pumps.
