The service department was very accommodating with our recent issue. Jesus took care to address our concerns in a timely manner.
She anticipated my needs. Problem solved. Was patient and informative. She is super knowledgeable about her product. If she doesn't know she will find out. I would say she is one of the best company representatives I've met in a long time. Whether healthcare, contractor, sales person at a store or customer service person on the phone. She beats them all!
Very nice staff and waiting area. My oil change took a little longer than expected but in the end I was very pleased and totally understood the situation. THANK YOU!
