I took my '07 Legacy in for a grinding noise on the front passenger wheel. They gave me a '25 Imperza as a loaner. They had my car for 6 days. Their "Tech could not duplicate my concern". After several test drives and various inspections they returned my car to me at No Charge. I'm impressed at the dealerships honestly. I'm impressed with the Tech continuing to remedy my original concern, when the problem was not obvious or easy to find. They treated me the way I would treat any customer if I was the owner of this dealership!

Everyone was kind and very helpful. They showed us all options and gave us time to make a decision without rushing us. For once, I didn’t feel like I was scammed into anything I didn’t want at a dealership. Such a great team!
