Well, I don't want to give you a bad review, but you guys were supposed to undo the passive alarm, well when we got home it's still doing it, when I walk away from my vehicle within about 15 seconds the horn beeps and it automatically locks, so I don't know what happened but you didn't fix this issue, just thought you should know.

I purchase a 2020 CT5 Cadillac around the first of May 2024. During this time I have had the check engine light come on 4 times. Each time the issue was resolved to my satisfaction.During one of the times the mechanic noticed the rear seal was leaking oil. Isiah Rodarte informed me and scheduled a time for me to bring it back. Since it would be in the shop for a few days he also arranged for a loaner car. I can’t recommend Isiah and Big Star Cadillac strongly enough to anyone looking for service.
