Great customer service and great communication. I was very impressed with Lees communication kept me informed and the entire staff was so friendly.

I had never purchased a vehicle from another state, but found one that I wanted at Big Star. Cass worked with me, even answering my questions well after normal business hours, she took close-up pics of the areas that I wanted so that I felt perfectly safe buying a vehicle I had not seen. She worked with service to get a couple of minor issues resolved, and in short, was an absolute professional. I could not ask for better treatment.

Jose was the service writer that listened to what I had to say and did what I asked. He set up a ride to work for me and was. Dry polite and appreciative. Big Star Cadillac is a good dealership!
