The dealership was not only beautiful but all staff was professional and extremely helpful. Dan Hall was everything that a salesperson should be and much more. He not only assisted us in choosing the right vehicle for our needs but also introduced us to other BMW staff based on other questions we had in the process including Justin Warner and Brian. He also went way above and beyond by talking with our financial planner, which we are certain salespeople at other dealerships would not be willing to do. We kind of put him through the wringer and he remained patient, helpful and professional. Rarely after purchasing a car from a dealership do you feel like you got a really fair deal. But this is exactly how I felt after purchasing my new BMW from Braman BMW in Jupiter. So, I called John Graner, who he had worked with to purchase his car, and I found John’s level of customer service to be off the charts (which for me is the most important aspect of any purchase I make). He didn’t try to force me into any sale, took the time to answer every single one of my many questions, and came up with multiple options that made sense for me. And let me add, even after the sale was made, weeks later, he still picks up the phone or answers my texts immediately to answer any questions I have. That is what I call top shelf Customer Service.
