Overall, most staff members seem snobbish - greet certain customers, pass by you without speaking, etc. Every employee representing the Porsche brand must engage with customers, regardless of their role. Should this improve, it would be an amazing experience.

Excellent experience on my 60 k maintenance service. Service was prompt and communication was clear. They listened to my previous experience and showed that they really do care about their customer serve.
