Had a great experience with James and crown. The truck was exactly what I was looking for and the price was better than I expected. James did a great job of going over all the features and the entire crown family did a great job getting me through the process! Every car purchase should be this easy!
Service was quick, I dropped my vehicle off on Wednesday just after noon and repairs were completed by Thursday afternoon. The repair included resetting the check engine light however light back on by Friday evening.
The service department was very courteous and professional. The service department completed my oil change and tire rotation in a timely manner.
