The service department manager Kyle is very concerned, courteous and has integrity with customers. He handled my situation in a timely and Professional manner.
Appointment time prop and the service and the details answering my concerns.. Appointment was scheduled for January 7, 2025.
The service representative that took my car in was not friendly & seemed like i was a bother to her when i asked her a question about my warranty. She was very short with me. I don’t remember her name unfortunately. But the cashier that helped me when I picked up my car was extremely nice.
2nd vehicle purchased from Kimbel, he was great. He made the process smooth and quick.
