Matthew Hird was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the car we bought. He was very professional and yet very personable. He made what is usually a tedious procedure fairly easy. He made us feel that if we had any issues or questions, we could contact him anytime.
Matt was really nice. He helped me find a car that I absolutely love. He took me to the storage garage and was super patient while I found what I wanted. The whole process was pleasant. This is my 4th Mazda that I have leased from Heritage. There is no reason to go anywhere else!
