Nicole was a great help in getting my vehicle in and out of the service department.
The service department was very skilled and professional. I loved dealing with these guys. Everyone was so nice.

The ladies in service are GREAT! Being able to make an appointment is a big plus. I called a Beaumont dealership first, only to be told that I would have to leave my truck with them to "get in line" to be serviced. I asked how long that wait would be - 2 weeks! I am sold on Donaldson!
The service was great and my truck was back to me quickly. I just thought the price was very high. I was quoted a similar price but was told it would take 2 days. When it only took one day the price was still the same.
Had my trucks oil and filter changed They did a good job in a timely manner
