The dealership was accommodating with a service appointment for my front brakes on 8/16/25. Not only has my tire pressure light been on for 2+ weeks, but the brakes are grinding since the brake job. Now I need to schedule another appointment with Firestone to have my tires and alignment checked, as well as the front brakes that I just spent $688 for. Not a happy customer.
Team was very friendly, approachable, listened to my requests and helped to sort out things I wanted for the car

Services were performed properly. Service advisor was excellent. Vehicle was finished when promised. Very satisfied.
Mark has been helpful, polite and proffessional on all of our interactions. Mechanics should pay a little more of attention to details. For example one time thwy forgot a piece of cloth inside the hood. Last oil change they forgot tonplace the sticker on the windshield to show when my next mile oil change will be at
