I came in to Apollo with an already prior scheduled trade-in to get a freshly used 2024 Kia Carnival. I was in contact with the general manager, Mikey, who already got the process started for me before I even got there. He managed to cut out the bulk of the hassle of paperwork that conventionally comes with car purchases, so that was real nice. The salesman who took over is Vinny. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, super pleasant, patient and dedicated. He didn't try to "bargain" me for anything else like other salesman do, and even when I asked him about an add-on, he was up front with his opinion and showed no signs of applying pressure. Then he stayed with me for over an hour after the shop closed to make sure I was fully comfortable in my new vehicle before driving home! Made sure to give me his contact info on the way out so he could help me with anything else that would come up even after the sale was over and done with.
