Entire process was handled professionally. Stephen Shaughnessy was caring and courteous and helped us through the entire process. This was my third purchase at Garavel and I'm sure my fourth will also be at Garavel.
Everyone was great! Michele walked us thru the process and answered all of our questions. Gary was also very enjoyable to work with.
Traded in my old car and purchased a newer model of Subaru Forester. The price matched with what was discussed the first time which I truly appreciate. I think the trade-in offer was fair compared to other dealership. There was a brief back-and-forth on pricing, but nothing out of the ordinary. I worked with Rafael in sales, who was professional, knowledgeable, patient and very helpful throughout the whole process. Overall, I had an amazing experience, thanks to Rafael who made it low-stress and fun. I would definitely recommend Rafael Velez and Garavel Subaru!
