Mr. Worthington is the reason I bought a Mazda at Annapolis dealership. He was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and very low pressure. He was the opposite; and I felt he answered all my questions and sent me a follow-up e-mail which was very nice. I went to two other local dealerships, both Honda and Toyota, and their sales people took very little time with me and none of them sent me a follow up e-mail or call, although they had my information. I went back to Fitzgerald Mazda and although Mr. Worthington was very busy with other customers and I didn't have an appointment he made time to help me and I bought a new car for the first time! Two great experiences with MJ and Fitzgerald Mazda. This time I asked if they could beat a price given by another dealership and they did. I asked for specifications of the Mazda I wanted and they were able to find the only one within 500 miles. We made a deal over text/email. Then it only took one day for the vehicle to come in. They aren’t pushy or try the salesmanship tactics. I haven’t had any other experiences at dealerships that can compare, and will continue to go to MJ at Fitzgerald Mazda.

I found the used car I wanted so I went there and I was helped right away. I took the car for a test drive with now problem at all. We talked price and there were a couple of things that weren’t so good so we agreed on a price and that included fixing the two issues. I will be taking it back to get the issuses fixed and they said the would lend me a loner car since I was from the Eastern shore. So I have had a great experience at Fitz.
