I bought my car there. I take it there for everything it needs. As a common customer And to be charged 150 to just tell me what’s wrong with my car is absurd. I needed a new battery.. so just to tell me I needed that and charge me. Is highway robbery. And it took a day and a half to tell me. I get if it’s someone new or a random. I was neither of those. I come quite often. And for that I’ll think twice before I make a referral or if I decide to buy another car here again. And I chose not to use their services for my battery which would been a total of $400. I get that it’s a business but as a single mother, this was a very costly service for them not actually doing anything.

The guys there did a great job getting me into a truck i liked, a '23 colorado lt, and even though i paid a bit more than i wanted to, they got me out of a super high apr loan i was in on my trade-in, and got me a good lender with 6.9% apr and payments i can live with. however, came outside this morning after not even 72 hours of having the truck to discover a coolant leak at the upper radiator hose where it attaches to the radiator. kinda took the joy out of everything. now i have to take it back in, miss a day if work and deal with all of that. surely someone there knew about this, the persistent puddle under the driver side front is pretty obvious. anyhow, 3 stars for the effort, and not a major deal, just annoying and a bummer.
