This dealership is horrible. The service advisors don’t understand what they’re talking about and cannot explain what was done on your vehicle. My car left with a dent also that was not there before I went.

Things are worse now that before. I didn't receive a summary of the services performed, any recommendations, costs, billing, etc. Not even an odometer reading!

The car buying process is always tiring and boring instead of exciting for me, so I didn't expect too much when I go this dealership, also it was even 70miles away from my place. I tried to give up going, but I just got there, and I got a new car the same day. The process was smooth and great; the salesperson had a good service mindset, too. Finally, I got the car which can carry me here and there for a while. I'm sure this dealership is worth trying.
