Dealership wouldn't even deal with me because I had a Ford Lease. Told me my only option was to sell it to a Ford dealer. Went elsewhere and got my Ram no hassles.
Appalling customer service. I waited 4 1/2 days just to get a diagnosis only to find out a day later that the diagnosis was wrong. Went to pick my car up it cost me $860 which included a $100 part I was never aware it needed. So, I walk out to get my car and its not put together, the back seat was taken off with wires hanging out and such. After making this issue known they never did anything to fix it and a manager never called me like I was told. All around awful customer service.
