"Mafia Dealership " Careful for scamming I took my 2025 Raptor-R for 10k miles oil change. The service advisor quoted me $108 When I went for pick up my truck they charge me $218. The advisor told me that she did not know that it takes 8 quarts of oil. She should not be a service advisor if she does not know her job.
There service department is very unprofessional. I have had my automobile there for over 42 days and they cannot fix it or even return my call. When I do speak with a representative from the service department they promise me a call by the end of the day, while we are going on 42 days and no return calls or updates on my vehicle.
My vehicle spent more than 30 days at the shop. They never answer the phone. You need to show up to get an update. They overcharge on labor. When they fix the issue & find another they charge again for labor. They left several screws loose & even damaged the vehicle without notifying me. I don’t recommend anyone to take their vehicle
It is a shame that Ford motors company have such a great customer service, but they can not control their dealerships. This one, I spent 2 days trying to contact the parts department for an accessory I bought and made ford sent it here. Mistake I won't make again, it was the one close to me. Anyways, they not only never answer any of the over 15 phone calls I made, some of them they answer and hugged up. I even called the part's manager JOSH GLENDALE, number that was given to me by ford motors. Don't ever bother calling him, he does not answer his phone either or return calls. Lastly, I made my complain directly to ford motors company. They can take care of this %#@ dealership 47 years of this dealership. What a shame.
I have been searching for a very specific vehicle and I was told by Youdeline, Anna Flores, that vehicle I was looking for was there and available. I scheduled an appointment for the following morning. I drove one hour to arrive on site and ask for Ernie who is the person Anna Flores told me to ask for. Ernie had no idea who I was or why I was there. He asked for my name and what vehicle I was looking for so I told him and he responded that it was sold yesterday. I wasted two hours of time traveling there and back to see a vehicle that was sold at the same time that my appointment was scheduled. It is very inconsiderate that this dealership did not notify me that the vehicle I was going to test drive was sold the day before. I was prepared to buy this vehicle on-site.
Palmetto Ford in the person of Cristian Rodriguez did an excellent job! Cristian answered all my questions and looked for what I needed. He quoted it and gave me an honest, clear, and direct offer. Frankly, I was amazed.
