Purchased a 2016 F-150 in 2016 and remember it being a no hassle buy. So just the other day I purchased a 2025 Expedition Active, my salesman, Alonzo Ames, was nothing but professional making the sale very easy.

Salesman Kade was great - easy going, professional. Gave me time to think about making the purchase & calling my son to verify decisions. I was a little unhappy that the "sticker" price of the vehicle said $41,060 & then in reality it was $43,055, as the Appearance Protection $1,995 should have been included in the $41,060 since I did not choose to have that added protection. I was less than satisfied with the accounting gal, Angela. She told me that in Iowa, your license plate price is based on your birthdate - that doesn't make any sense. Everyone of the approximately 25 pages of forms had my last name spelled Nuie & as I was signing the last form, I noticed the mispelling so we had to start over. When I questioned the interest rate of 6.8% APR, she said that that was the bank was currently charging & when I asked her what the name of the bank was & where it was, she had to look up where the bank was located. Then, the day after I purchased my car, I got a text from Angela saying I needed to call the bank as they "are needing to speak with me before they can fund the loan." I got that message at 5:50 p.m. on Friday so was going to call on Monday & someone from that bank called me prior to my getting them called - they just wanted to make sure I had actually taken out a loan for a car. Anyway, which is no fault of anyone at Brinson, but you may want to reconsider your choice of banks you have buyers take out loans at as the person who called me said, "Is this Becky?" Did not identify themselves until I asked who it was. When I asked about the 6.8% interest rate, I got no direct good answer from them either. I told him I planned to pay the loan when I got back to Iowa in a few weeks; otherwise, I would really want to negotiate the high interest rate. He told me to hand onto the loan for a few months & see what happened. Other than those concerns, I am enjoying my new vehicle. I have not driven it much yet, but will get an extended amount of driving it in a few weeks when I make my trek to Iowa. Thank you!

We were pleased with everything . The salesman was extra special. His name was Alonzo Ames. The car was just what we wanted. He took us on a drive and everything went smoothly. The Girl in financing was very efficient and pleasant. We had a 2 year old child with us and she thoroughly enjoyed the playroom. She didn’t want to leave. All in all it was a very satisfactory experience.

Everything went absolutely as it should. Kade Penny was wonderful and very much appreciated as he should be as our salesman. Angela was great on the finance part. All employees that work there are super!
