Drop truck off for service at 8:00 am at 4:15 had call to see if they were going to get to it no one in service dept to be found , finally ask person that answer phone check on my truck he said he thought it was ready I had someone carry me down to check on it presented gmc coupon and was told go sit waiting room they were suppose to of received coupon at arrival .
