What Others Say

Very disappointed with the service at this dealership. Though they are over an hour away from me I purchased from them and was happy with the purchase. However, when it came to service, they basically neglected to help me with very small issues that were wrong with my car. Either they were too lazy or don’t care about customer service And did not care to fix monitor issues.

Purchased a number of vehicles from this dealership and used the service department for each, they were outstanding on both sales and service.

We were first time customers and we’ll be back from sales financing excellent service

Do NOT buy a used car from this dealership. They knowingly sold me a 2019 GMC Yukon XL with serious issues—including a damaged transmission, faulty motor mounts, and malfunctioning TPMS sensors (and that's just what has been discovered so far). We specifically asked to purchase an extended warranty and were oddly talked out of it, which is highly unusual for a dealership. When I returned shortly after the sale to address the problems, they refused to take responsibility or offer any reasonable resolution. Zach Robinson, Glenn Peirce, Jon Day, and Joanna Thigpen all acted in bad faith, demonstrating a clear lack of transparency, honesty, and integrity throughout the entire process.

BUYER BEWARE! We purchased a used GMC Yukon XL from Jon Day on July 13th. The TPMS light came on the same night we purchased the vehicle. The transmission started slipping the next day. The service department at John Thornton serviced this vehicle for the previous owner - we have records. They are now saying the vehicle needs a new transmission, motor mounts and two TPMS sensors. They knowingly sold the vehicle in this condition and refuse to make it right.

Everything was great except for the fact that the service writer only checked my truck for I think 2 codes when there were originally 4~6 codes DTC that I had written down when the vehicle left me stranded and I checked the codes with my code reader. So I called Tanya up and asked her if the other codes could have lead to permanent Transmission Damage. On which she said that she would ask the Technician and get back to me with an answer. And I still haven’t heard back from her!
