Great service, I live a couple hours away and negotiated over the phone and internet. I would only be willing to buy the car given it be delivered and they were ok with that. I put more than half the value up front and had pre approved financing so was fairly easy. ONE THING- I purchased the bmw ultimate care plus but BMW only shows this as upgraded service package so not sure how to proceed. Either way this is not a deal breaker. The vehicle is great, service was great, all done from the comfort of my home. They were willing to match a great offer I found from a closer dealer, so whats to complain about.
