Awesome service staff! Will in service has been my go to and he always treats me with respect and kindness. Jeff is the service manger and again EXCELLENT customer service I trust them with my car and they are always honest with me. I appreciate the service I have received the times I have gone in. Greg in parts is also extremely helpful when ordering parts and is very friendly as well as the greeter when pulling into the service drive. Will,Jeff,Greg is what customer service should look like! Thank you guys

My service advisor Will Robinson is very courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, and addressed all my concerns. And explained the options for my repair.

The service department at Elk Grove Acura is excellent. For the past 12 years they have serviced my MDX 2012 and I have received top notch service every time.
