I am not the easiest customer to work with. I can spot xx from a mile away. Chris knew that what I needed was transparency more than anything. And he provided that and more. I did not feel pressured, what we spoke over the phone was exactly what I received. Such a smooth transaction I forgot I was at a dealership. All my questions and concerns were clarified with such patience. I tried to catch them in a lie and couldn’t. lol Extemely pleased with the experience! 10/10 would recommend Deland Kia and Chris to EVERYBODY. After a frustrating experience at Greenway Kia North, we pulled into DeLand Kia pretty fired up — and with only about 30 minutes before closing. Honestly, we weren’t even sure we’d stay. Jayden was the reason we decided to give DeLand Kia a shot in the first place, but we found out he was on vacation. Enter David Lopez… and everything changed. Because we had already visited every Kia dealership between Jacksonville and Orlando, we knew exactly what we wanted, exactly what we expected for our trade, and had supporting estimates from the other dealerships to back it up. No games, no guessing. David listened, respected our time, and got straight to work. Despite it being late, busy (everyone trying to buy before year-end), and us arriving frustrated, DeLand Kia worked the deal out that very night. They even coordinated delivery of our 2025 Kia Telluride EX X-Line, which arrived roughly 36 hours later. We went from a 2017 Suburban to the 2025 Telluride — a major upgrade — and the process felt smooth, respectful, and efficient. David was professional, patient, and focused on getting it done the right way. He was clearly juggling a lot, but we never felt brushed aside. And then there was finance. Coming directly from the condescending, disrespectful finance manager at Greenway Kia, walking into Alexandra Gomez’s office at DeLand Kia was night and day. She was transparent, kind, and genuinely helpful, explaining everything clearly and treating us like people — not obstacles. If I were you, I’d skip the other dealerships altogether and head straight to DeLand Kia. They earned our business the right way, and when the time comes… we’ll absolutely be back (eventually 😄).

I had a great experience working with DeLand Kia. The staff was friendly, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. I want to specifically thank Christopher M. in sales for being responsive, straightforward, and respectful throughout the process. There was no pressure or hard upselling at any point. Amir (Jacob) in finance was also excellent and tolerated my friendly banter. He was clear, professional, and efficient, and made that part of the process smooth and stress-free. Overall, communication was quick, the experience was straightforward, and my time was respected. I’d absolutely recommend DeLand Kia and would work with them again in the future.
