I did not like the SmartPath credit process. The App is designed primarily for Leasing a vehicle, not purchasing. I spend 5 hours on 7/24/2025 trying to fill out the application online, only to be kicked off (incompleted) because I would/could not fill out leasing questions. When I called the Salesman, Jeff Bennett on 7/25/25, he told me not to worry about it. We would take care of it on 7/26/2025. Then I found out he didn't use the SmartPath application but a Sierra Toyota local application.. When I finally completed the application and gave him the application number, the credit manager didn't use it but had Jeff use the local application, It's a good thing I brought all of my gross pay numbers with me (those wages were in the Toyota SmartPath application but they didn't transfer the numbers. Basically the local version had the same fields but since they didn't use that SmartPath application, I had to have the numbers available.

The process was painless. The truck was in excellent shape. Well taken care of. We’ll do it again if I have to, but being a Toyota will probably outlive me

I worked with Caleb Macias over a period of three days, as my wife and I not sure which model vehicle we really wanted. He was very helpful and understanding as he assisted us with the process of making the purchase. We called and told him we would like to take two separate cars for a test drive. One of them was in the middle of the show room floor and when we arrived, he had both vehicles out and ready for us to go on a test ride. He also had worked up paperwok to give us an estimate of what our payments would be for both vehicles. After our final decision was made Caleb was very detailed and professional when going over and explaining all the car features. He even took the time to pair my phone with the car as I was all thumbs trying to do it myself. Caleb was very polite professional and a pleasure to work with. About two and a half years ago I bought my very fist Toyota ever from Sierra Toyota and was so impressed with the entire process. Since that purchase the service department has been nothing but extraordinary. All of this is what made me a repeat customer with Sierra Toyota and extremely happy to have got to know Caleb Macias. Another reason we are pleased with Seirra Toyota is their finance personnel worked tirelessly trying to work through the unknown problems trying to finance through Toyota Lexus Financial. It has been a long time since I worked with a dealership that not only would I continue to be a repeat customer, I have not problems at all recommending then to other who are looking to purchase a vehicle.

Calub was a fantastic person to work with in our hunt for a second car We had no clue what we were looking for as far as model and he listened carefully and pointed us in the right direction. Once we decided Caleb.made sure to cover every feature of the car leaving nothing out it was a pleasure working with him . .
