I have always been pleased with the service but I took advantage of the vehicle pickup/delivery shuttle option for the first time. In a word, I found this wonderful! It was nice not taking the vehicle and making arrangements with someone else to bring me home and take me back.

Columbia Ford/Kia is an easy and convenient location to get to. It is a relaxing facility and has a cafe if you are hungry. The customer service is great as well.
