Great communication, and I don't think I've ever had a faster service on my car. I like that I can make the appointment online. I also like that they have a big place to work while you're waiting on your car.
We have purchased cars from Cobb County Toyota for 30 years. General Sales Manager, Rob Smith, treats us like family. No dealer fees or expensive add-ons like other dealers. As long as Rob Smith works here, we won’t buy a Toyota anywhere else. Our salesman this time was Anthony Ahumada. He was great and made the process seamless and easy. Please don’t go down the road and pay CarMax the same money for a used Toyota or another dealer that will make you dread the car buying process.

Good customer service. The waiting area could be updated by offering snacks, phone charging station and cold beverages as the coffee gets like mud by afternoon. Other competitors have updated and offer these items especially when you are waiting for long period of times.
