Good customer service. Toyota always delivers better service than most of their competitors. Good communication. Fast service
The agents were friendly but I didn’t like how they took my car to the back before I could see how my tire was damaged. They could easily say it’s not able to be salvaged. I would have liked to see proof of that before they took the car.
The service technician was very helpful and understanding with my concerns and the service was quick and helpful.
