The entire process was smooth and professional. I love the no haggle pricing model as the sales associates aren't trying to upsale you. There wasn't pressure to buy extended warranties or other add-ons. I worked with Brennan and he was extremely knowledgeable and personable. The dealership itself was laid out nice, super clean, and everything you'd expect from a Cadillac dealership.
