I can heartily recommend everyone in the service department and the clerks at the payment station. They are always courteous and polite. They definitely try to explain everything clearly. I cannot recommend their sales people who still can't get my name right and ignore repeated requests to not attempt to sell me something when I'm there for an oil change.
