I had a good experience at this dealership. They advertised the vehicle at a good price. My salesperson was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and she explained all the features and technology very well. Everything was connected and working before I left the dealership.
Fast in and out service center didn’t have to wait long for my appointment
The Service Dept rep (Francisco) was very friendly and easy to talk with about why I was bringing the car in. He estimated the work time to be 1 1/2 - 2 hours; work was completed, payment was made, and I left at the two hour mark. I appreciated the timeliness.
Andrew was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the car options available. He helped us look through different models and choose the one that worked best for our family.
I always have a great experience with Service Dept. They get me in quickly, discuss the practical needs of the car with me, and the prices are fair. Will continue to go to Advantage Chevy service even though I didn't buy the truck from them.
