I hate car shopping and feeling like a little fish in a shark tank. Erik Jolliff at Tonkin Hyundai in Gladstone was such a welcome departure from that. From start to finish, we never felt pressured or rushed. He was patient, knowledgeable, and great to work with every step of the way. We can't hardly recommend him enough if you're in the market for a Hyundai! Thanks also to Travis Crawford for his help late in the process. We'll be back when it's time for our next vehicle!
