Tony Catalina has to be one of the best in the business! The vehicle was exactly how he said it would be and was prompt, upfront, and courteous throughout the whole process. Tamiami Hyundai could be one of the best run dealerships in the country! Everyone was polite and I felt zero pressure to purchase the car if I did not feel like it was what I expected. Thank you for setting the standard on how a car buying experience should be.
There was a problem with my oil change. My car leaked 1 1/2 quarts of oil within days of having it changed. It spilled all over my garage and my beautiful paver driveway. I took the car back immediately upon discovering it. Jamie Ruiz handled everything and set my distrust for the dealership good. He will arrange for someone to come clean my driveway and garage. He went the extra mile! He is a valuable employee!

Tony Catalina was amazing from start to finish. He is very knowledgeable and patient. Even days after the sale he has called checking in on us and the vehicle. Jason in finance isn't one of those pushy finance guys that make you feel inadequate or like an idiot for asking questions about the additional packages he is offering.
