Very well treated. Took time to hear my concerns and taken care of in a timely manner. They had refreshments while you waited and clean environment. Salesman even offered water.
Great job but I would have preferred to know the service took almost two hours.
They are fast and friendly and Eric was very helpful he took great care of me
I trust that on the majority of my visits, your Service Staff and Technicians are providing me with an honest assessment of my vehicle’s needs. I think the video assessments that pan the underside of my vehicle are not helpful and are probably not a good use of time for your Techs. I’d prefer it if you showed me the exact part where you find an issue, and show it in detail so I can make an informed decision.
This is the 2nd Subaru I purchased from this dealership & get all my service here. The service is done promptly. The waiting area is clean & comfortable.
