I made an appointment for Monday Aug 10,2020 9:00 AM for A-service which is just oil-change. they took my car and they said it will take just one hour. I took their shuttle and came back home. I went to dealership around 1 PM and they did not even start working on the car. I came back home and they called me at 4 PM the car is ready I went to dealership to and pickup the car and pay $230 for just an oil change. I asked to do brake pedal adjustment and issue on reading flush memory that they did not even bother to take care of . when I came back home and open compartment. I saw all face mask I have there are dirty and greasy.
