Easy to work with. Smooth process. Just not a fan of pushiness during the paperwork phase.
I had oil change done on Tuesday and they didn't reset the reminder for the oil and they offer to wash the vehicle and it wasn't done so I has to come back on 10/23/25 so they could correct the problem.

It was fine, if it wasn't I would have more to say I call to schedule an oil change, get the oil change, then I get a survey from kia each time, then I get a survey from regal each time. I get trying to reach some benchmark of quality, but if this is all the more confidence that you have in your personnel and processes somebody isn't paying proper attention.....
