What Others Say

I was satisfied with the final deal, but the process took much to long, almost 6 hours, and I did not take a test drive on this visit. Long periods just sitting and waiting for the next step. Don't know if this was an especially busy day (it was a Monday) or maybe short-staffed. Everyone was pleasant and seemed to know their business. But it just took long.

Our "yes" is a qualified yes. We are happy with the purchase. The people were all knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. With that said, the car buying process needs work. Our test drive appointment was for Tuesday at 9:30 am. The car was not ready to go. The salesman had to go get it and had to move another car to get to it. I would expect the car to be out front and ready to go when we arrive. The salesman that assisted us knew the Sportage very well and was very helpful. When we picked the car up Saturday at 9:30 am, again it was not ready to go. I would think a customer arriving for pickup would not have to wait for the car to be gassed up, cleaned, and prepped for us, which took well over an hour. That should have been done before we got there. The finance manager was friendly and professional. We ended up leaving with our new car almost 2 hours after we got there. When another salesman asked if we needed anything, he then said "If you got here around 3 pm, you'd end up waiting until 8 or 9." Again, the Sportage is great. The dealership has some work to do.

We went to this dealership first because they responded the quickest to my contact through Auto Trader. We asked to see two cars. Then we were told who to ask for when we arrived. The person we were told to meet did not know about the second car that we asked to drive. We really liked Zach, the customer service manager, who was awesome to work with! He had a good answer for all my questions. And he was quick to give us attention. The person that we worked with to sell us the car had a lot of customers which kept him very busy. We came two days. The first day we trust drove cars. The second day we came back in order to purchase one of the cars we test drove. The price went down on one of the cars over the weekend and we decided that was the impetus to buy it. It took a lot longer to buy the car then I thought it would. Like I said our salesperson was quite busy. I felt like we could have gotten out of there sooner if he had not had so many customers to attend to. It did take about 45 minutes to get the car detailed but I felt like that could have been sent to the detailer sooner than it was. We would buy another car if Zach was working with us again.

Great service and people there. Very friendly and were willing to help in anyway they could

Polite, informative and extremely fast. Very pleasant experience with both the salesman and Finance team
