Fast food service. Still wish they would stop the 3% fee for paying by credit card. This fee seems petty for a car dealership to charge its customers.

I bought an extended warranty for my 2019 F-150 Platinum pickup. I only have a little of 22000 miles on it.. I was in an accident in 2022 and every thing that was damaged was fixed. This winter, I could not keep fluid in my windsheild washer container so while I was in to have rear brakes and rotors replaced, I asked service to check out the fluid issue. With this being done and a quote given to fix it, I asked if my warranty would cover it. After checking into it, the service person advised me that it was denied without giving me any reason why. I understand why a warranty would not cover an item such as breaks but why wouldn't it cover the fluid reservoir repair. And without going out in the cold to review my paper work when I purchased the truck after my three year lease expired, what would be covered?

It was a wonderful auto buying experience. All the service & finance executives were professional, and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a car.
