I went into gerome to look at a ram truck. I dealt with Alex over the phone for about a month. Family issues have come up then I had to leave the area so my daughter could play ball up in a different area in the panhandle. We set an appointment. I met him on Sunday with no intentions of leaving with a new truck. Alex and the rest of the staff were very accommodating me numbers where we needed to be and made me happy gentleman that day.
Had an awesome experience! no pressure. Been talking with the dealer for a month now, but because I have such a hectic schedule wasn’t able to get in there he still honored everything that he said to me, Word for Word.
