I have been dealing with Mercedes dealers all over the country for 20 years. The experience I had at Mercedes-Benz of Coral Gables was exceptional to say the least .The professionalism, customer care, knowledge and culture my wife and I received and experiencedwas AMAZING ! SPECIAL THANKS TO MR PETER WARWAR for taking outstanding care of us. His knowledge, welcome, exceptional care, professionalism and the Customer service he provided was WORLD CLASS. We felt extremely very well taken care of as we’ve never experienced before in another Mercedes dealer. Also special thanks to MR JOSE SANTIAGO who took outstanding care of us, very knowledgeable and was extremely pleasant to deal with. This Mercedes dealer is really one of a kind I highly recommend.

Kudos to my MB Salesman of many years , Carlos Escobar (now in Finance) who took my call on Memorial Day Weekend when out of the blue my EQS 580 all of the sudden died when I went to start it - and to Byron one of the Maintenance managers who after 2 separate Towing Trucks from Roadside Assistance ( 3rd party providers and not MB operators) miserably failed to tow my car back to the MB dealership- Byron with Carlos on the line found me a SUPERMAN MB Employee by the name of Jose Cruz , who was on vacation at the time , left his family and came with his 2 boys on the tow truck , saw the situation where to pull back the car with a normal towing would have caused the concrete wheel stop to tear out the front fender, and Jose took out these metal contractions that he had on his tow truck and a star war like air pump and to the marvel of myself and people who had gathered to see what Jose was doing - Jose miraculously was able to quickly and safely do what 2 Roadside Assistance Tow Trucks had failed - which as Jose said there is always a way- so Amen to that and my sincere gratitude to Jose Cruz -for his commitment to Mercedes Benz and his spirit of a can do attitude and thanks also to the team named here, which goes to prove that when a business has an enlightened leader like Manager Mike Rodriguez the right attitude is contagious throughout the entire team - Sincerely - Willy A. As i previously said a couple of times this was the best car buying experience in my life(70 years). Actually one of the top 3/4 buying experiences irregardless of the product. Did not play your typical car buying experience.Good cop/ bad cop. No let me check with my manager. No 6 hour process. I was in and out in less than 2 hours including going to the bank and back. Great experience with the financial guy- Carlos Escobar. Again no typical car buying experience. I owned a business for 45 years so i can identify good , quality,first class customer service. As long as Peter is still there i will continue to do my car buying at this location.
