It was Christmas Eve morning and I was going to go on vacation after Christmas i checked and it was close to time my oil needed changed. So I called early morning and Bill was able to fit me in right away….i call that real good service!!!

I bought my Fusion at Victory Lane in 2019 after an accident totaled my car out... I made the purchase within an hour of going to the dealership. It was a very painless process and I have continued to have the car serviced there. I have always been very happy with the Quick Lane service. I ask a lot of questions and they are more than happy to discuss with me. They have helped me out in a pinch when I had tire trouble. I recently bought a set of tires and Mr. Wyatt was great to deal with.

This would have been a 5 star review. The people and the work done was top notch. But they don't tell you when you book the appointment, which service area you should be reporting to and I almost left thinking my appointment was lost. Minor detail which would remove confusion.
