I was early and they took my vehicle in anyway and turn-around time was great. Everyone is very polite and knowledgable. you have a nice waiting room also. AND they washed my vehicle!
Vinny is always on top of his game. He gets me in and out in a timely matter. I get all of my service work done at Kunes in Mt.Carroll. I highly recommend Kunes.

I was able to get my appointment sooner than I thought and the service team is friendly. I asked them to see if there was a problem with the hood latch because I was having trouble opening the hood. They fixed the issue and made sure I could open the hood before I left.
Great group of people at the Mt.Carroll location. They always make sure you leave a satisfied customer. Very honest service department !!!
