Courteous, friendly and respectful. They listen to what I wanted and worked to find something in my price range and payments that I could afford. Overall it was a good experience.

We went to Tri Lakes when I needed a new vehicle because previously when I had work done they did a great job. I didn't feel pressured to buy with them and our sales rep (Tom Cooper) was upfront and honest on what he could provide. Another dealership had the vehicle I wanted at a lower price but but I had a bad experience there so I decided to buy from Tri Lakes.
