Stan and Dorian were absolutely outstanding! Exceptional customer service is rare these days, but from the moment I walked into the store they truly listened, provided excellent guidance, and met every one of my needs. I don’t think I’ve ever left a place feeling like strangers had become family, but after purchasing my new vehicle with their help, that’s exactly how I felt. As long as Stan and Dorian are there, Ford has me and my family’s business!
We had an amazing experience with Mel Hambelton Ford. This is the second vehicle we have bought from them since moving out here 2 years ago. Our salesman was Sam, both times. He is kind and patient and doesn't push you toward what he thinks is best for you. Before we traded in, we had been in the service department several times working with David Grey. He did everything he possibly could to make our car right, but it was like it was possessed. I appreciate everything he did for us. We also, go to work with Stan. He assisted in our financing and made the process extremely smooth. He was also very patient with all the questions I had. Cory in the finance department was the best to work with because he carried on a conversation with us and got to know us as people instead of just saying "sign here." We enjoyed talking to him. And I can't forget Oliver. He is the one that set my car up with Ford Pass and all the Bluetooth stuff that I don't understand. He was the sweetest person ever. He took his time to explain everything to me. Thank you so much to everyone that helped us out during this process. I'm sorry if I didn't mention anyone by name, but there were just so many people that assisted that I can't remember all the names.
Rudy was awesome and made the whole process simple and smooth. Jon helped us with finance and got us a great deal and worked through it with us even after business hours.
We had an issue with our warranty that we bought with our vehicle. There was a lot of miscommunication with finance and our vehicle certification. We were being told that we were losing part of our warranty. I got in touch with Stan. Once I filled him in with what was going on, he went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of and were able to keep our original warranty. We really appreciate Stan’s help.
Rudy was easy to work with, and he made the process so smooth. I will definitely call him next time I’m on the market for a car!
