Courteous staff got right to work. Took longer then expected for an oil change and tire rotation, but we have to expect that from a dealership.
Everyone seemed super stressed. No one looked like they had the time to talk to me at first, even though I had an appointment. One of the guys, not Sean was even kind of condescending like sure I'll deal with you, but I don't really have time.
