Robert (manager) and Nick (salesman) made a bad situation into a great one for my son. Three BMW dealerships promised my son they would sell me a new Bmw M3 competition x drive. And all three sold them from under me, and then there was BMW OF SARASOTA! we ordered a new one from them and help us through the process and we picked up his new car from them 2 weeks ago. Thank you Robert and Nick for making this happen!! My son is over the moon thanks to you guys. They are professional, reliable, and in my option the best BMW dealership hands down.
Great positive atmosphere, and friendly professional people. The experience I had, has convinced me to buy another car there, in the near future.
Experience was fine although Sales Associate was transferred and could not be there for delivery.
