Intake was quick and organized. The loaner was ready when I arrived to drop my car. The car was repaired faster than I expected and am thankful for that.
It's is fine but not great. Took 3 hours for an oil change and have to wait there so long is challenging / makes me want to go to a non BMW service center. Dealership is ok but nothing special for a BMW - needs some upgrades. A woman from the dealership reached out to me twice to see if I wanted a price on my car for trade in and then never followed up so wasted my time not sure what the point of those calls were as I didn't ask for it in the first place.
